Calcutta Rescue, an NGO in Kolkata providing free medical care for the under-privileged, invites quotation from reputed Drug Manufacturers/Distributors to supply more than 500 varieties of drugs/medical supplies.

Please see the all attached documents for further information about the respective drugs/medical supplies, their annual order quantities and the contract details. Please check the contracts details before submitting an application.

Calcutta Rescue will follow the tender in two parts

  • Technical Bid
  • Trade and Drug License.
  • GST registration certificate
  • Last three months’ GST returns
  • Details of their Bank account (to facilitate electronic transfer of payments)
  • KYC details
  • List of end users with certificate and list of supplied medicine
  • Financial Bid
  • Final offer price of the medicine to CR

Enclose Technical Bid and Financial Bid in separate envelope.

If there is interest in a possible cooperation with Calcutta Rescue, please fill out the Application form and Medicine tender list and follow these steps:

  1. Supplier/Manufacturer/Distributor have to submit soft copies of filled Medicine Tender List and self-attested Application form to tender@calcuttarescue.org.
  2. Date of submission Tender application – 20-03-2023
  3. Signing date of the Agreement of tender will be informed by mail.
  4. New tender rates w. e. f.  02-05-2023

Note: – All supplier and Manufacturer are requested to follow our excel format, each and every column of the excel sheet should be filled by the vendor. We cannot accept any other format for submitting the medicine tender.
