Support groups around the world raise money to help fund the charity and find volunteers to provide specialist support and training as required.
Volunteers have played a central role in creating this unique charity and ex-volunteers can continue to play an important role in shaping its future. If you are an ex-volunteer check out this page for updates and information.
The charity was founded by Dr Jack Preger, MBE, who is the grandfather of street medicine globally, and whose efforts in Kolkata over 40 years helped over half a million people.
