Once completed, it will provide an uplifting and safe environment for the 350 students that are currently at a very undesirable location, next to&nbsp; a red- light district of Kolkata. The new school is next to the Scottish Church school. The construction work is ongoing and expected to be completed in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>In keeping with Calcutta Rescue\u2019s philosophy of ensuring that donation money is spent prudently, it will be a no-frills building project, and is estimated to cost&nbsp; $125,000.
